Synopsis:
In Rope, Alfred Hitchcock presents a chilling psychological thriller inspired by a real-life crime. Two wealthy young men, Brandon (John Dall) and Phillip (Farley Granger), commit what they believe to be the perfect murder. Concealing their victim’s body within a chest in their apartment, they host a dinner party with the deceased’s friends and family in attendance. As the evening unfolds, their former mentor, Rupert Cadell (James Stewart), grows increasingly suspicious, leading to a tense and dramatic showdown.
