If your disc rental has been out for more than 45 days please return the disc(s) promptly to prevent invoicing charges and avoid additional fees. Make sure to include return order notes with each new order to help resolve any issues and prevent charges for missing discs. Yes, you can sign up for multiple subscriptions. However, you’ll need to create new accounts with different logins and passwords for each additional plan.

If you receive a incorrect disc, damaged or unplayable disc, requesting a replacement is easy:

1. Place a single disc order for the same title. If it's not in stock, order any title of your choice.
2. Include a note specifying the damaged or Wrong disc DISC ID# (found on the upper right corner of the disc sleeve, written in Sharpie, not the SKU).
3. Indicate in your note that it's a replacement order.

This replacement will not count against your billing cycle allotment.

*Discs are checked by the Asus Blu-ray BW-16D1HT and the Sony X700. If a disc passes inspection, the replacement order will count against your allotment.*

No, but we have a wish list! Build your wish list and refer back to it for movies you want to include in current and future orders. Movies from your wish list aren’t automatically sent; you must place them in an order.

No, you can place a new order as soon as you’ve watched your current one. Include your return notes (order# or movie titles) in the order notes field during checkout to help us process your order efficiently. Note! Disc must be rutured to us within 30 days of renting or account will be placed on hold.

We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, except on postal holidays/closures. Returning movies to the website inventory also occurs on these days.
